3. Client Obligations and Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary
for service delivery, including business objectives, target audience
details, brand guidelines, and access to relevant platforms and
accounts. Clients must respond to requests for feedback and approvals
within agreed timeframes to ensure project schedules are maintained.
Any delays in client response may result in project timeline
extensions.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All services are billed according to the package selected or custom
agreement established. Monthly packages require payment in advance on
the first day of each billing cycle. Custom projects may require a
deposit of 50% upfront with the remainder due upon completion or
according to milestone schedules. Late payments may incur interest
charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Services may
be suspended if payment is not received within 14 days of the due
date.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables

7. Service Modifications and Cancellations
Clients may request modifications to their service package with 30
days written notice. Monthly packages operate on a rolling basis and
can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests

will be provided for partial months or services already rendered.
Custom project cancellations will be subject to fees for work
completed to date plus a cancellation fee as outlined in individual
